ORDER PROCESSING

After your payment is verified, it may take 1-2 business days to process, pack and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you place an order after 2 pm PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

All items sold at Ojoyhome are guaranteed to be delivered in 2 weeks, vary on different countries.

If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation. 

 

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1.Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

2 Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;

3.Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;

4.Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Ojoyhome's control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.


The shipping fees of DHL Express and FedEx Ground may vary according to the delivery area and ZIP code, and thus slight mismatch may arise between the charges shown on the product page and on the shopping cart.

The estimated delivery time may also vary according to your location and the origin of your order. If you require any further information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

* We are currently unable to ship to UK or Canada, due to recently enacted laws. We hope to offer our products to residents in those countries in future.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

Customers living outside of the US may incur additional charges when the package arrives at the destination country. You may be liable for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required.

  • If you select a shipping method with "Duties & Taxes Included", we will collect import duties & taxes upon checkout.
  • For all other shipping options, customer assumes responsibility of any applicable fees upon delivery.

Ojoyhome has no control over customs and other local taxes and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as these taxes vary widely depending on the country you are situated in.

We are not international trade or tax lawyers. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

Please be aware that all delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed by Ojoyhome or by the shipping company. The order processing time (to pick and pack your order) may also affect when you actually receive the product. If you need an item by a certain date, please order early to avoid disappointment.

WRONG ADDRESS (RETURN TO SENDER)

If an order is returned by the shipper because they could not deliver to the address you provided, we will issue a refund when we receive the return. Any shipping charges (to and from) and applicable taxes & fees (that we have to pay to receive the return) will be deducted from your refund. In some cases, this may result in little or no refund to be issued.

REFUSING DELIVERY (RETURN TO SENDER)

If order is returned by the shipper because you refused delivery, we will issue a refund when we receive the return. Any shipping charges (to and from), applicable taxes & fees (that we have to pay to receive the return) will be deducted from your refund. In some cases, this may result in little or no refund to be issued.
